Santa Alina Farm, nestled in Sao Sebastiao da Grama, Sao Paulo, is renowned for its 257.31 hectares of Yellow Catuai coffee. Situated at an altitude of 1100 meters in the Vale da Grama micro-region, this centenary farm spans 885 hectares in total. Producing 6500 bags annually through natural processing, Santa Alina Farm has garnered accolades such as 1st and 2nd place in various coffee quality contests, showcasing a cup profile noted for its nutty, chocolatey, creamy, and berry flavors (81 points).

The Brazil Santa Alina beans boast delightful notes of caramel, nuts, and subtle hints of dried fruits, which harmonize beautifully with the sweetness of chocolate. When blended together, the coffee’s nutty undertones and the creamy richness of chocolate create a mocha that’s perfectly balanced and indulgent.
